  We are large enough to source and offer the best products, invest in a well-stocked warehouse, computer systems and infrastructure to serve customers efficiently. Yet, we're small enough to keep the focus on individual customers and their needs. As a result of our right size, customers benefit from having the products and services they choose to ensure their success. Our goal is not to become the biggest foodservice distributor, but to be the best, as measured by the success and satisfaction of our customers.
• The right people
  For effective service, we team outside territory managers with inside sales representatives. Working closely together, the same people on the same accounts, they get to know and understand our customers needs.
• The right information
  Our territory managers provide customers with up-to-date data on their purchasing history, prices and product availability. We custom-tailor our reports to meet customers' unique information needs, providing detailed information for wise business decisions. Customers choose the ordering technology that's right for them, from friendly staff they can talk to on the telephone, fax or web based ordering. 
• The right products
  We are proud of our 99 % fill rate. On the occasion that a product is not available when the customer needs it, we call first and check before substituting an alternate in the delivery. We sell nationally branded names you have come to rely on. We avoid private labels because we insist on knowing what we're selling. And if customers don't see an item they need, we'll make every effort to find it.

  Our warehouse is always well stocked. Our drivers are friendly and reliable. In fact, our trucks are so well maintained that they recently received a top rating from the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
• The right customers
  Our reputation for quality and customer-responsiveness has also helped us attract many successful names to our customer list, from single location business' to customers operating over 60 locations. We are the right size with the right people to meet the individual needs of all customers.
